Returns & Exchanges Way
Cancel Order
We will process the order within 48 hours after the customer requests to cancel the order. We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions of return
- All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order;
- The product's hangtag, the original packaging and components should be intact;
- The product should be kept brand new, unused and in original condition;
- The problem of replacing the product is not man-made damage;
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
*Unfortunately, we can't accept returns ON SALE items, gift cards and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Return process

First find your order number, then you can contact us at support@zephyroutdoor.com, or you can make a return request at Self-service returns. Please fill out your return request with the order number, which product to return and the reason for the return/exchange.

We will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours) and if your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and assist you with the return operation.

When you receive the reply of the processing result, please send it back to us according to the Courier label provided and tell us the tracking number.

After we receive the returned product, it will take 3-5 days to process it. Refund the amount to your account after checking that the product is correct (it usually takes 3-10 business days to arrive). In case of replacement, we will ship the goods again and update the tracking number after receiving the returned goods.
* Items sent to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
Shipping fee
If the return is caused by the consumer, such as you don't like the color of the product, you don't need the product anymore, etc., you should be responsible for the shipping cost. The exact cost should depend on the courier company you choose. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by zephyroutdoor. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as zephyroutdoor are not held responsible for any lost returns.
If the product received is incorrect, damaged or has quality problems, please contact us at
support@zephyroutdoor.com and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and
contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund for your item once we receive the return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How to use self-service returns
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy, and then request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
